Shipping & Returns
All our products are made to order so it can take a couple of days from the time of ordering before we can print and ship your order.
Please allow extra time for deliveries around Christmas and Bank Holidays.
If you order is urgent please send a note with your order and we will do everything we can to ship it out as quickly as possible.
All orders are posted via Royal Mail from our Derbyshire workshop.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from our website.
Please Note – Once posted any delays due to Royal Mail are out of our control.
Delivery:
Free Delivery items are sent by Royal Mail second class delivery so will normally take 3 – 5 days for mainland UK delivery.
If you require quicker delivery please select Tracked 24 during checkout. We will then ship your item using Royal mail Tracked 24hr service.
You will receive tracking info from Royal Mail via email.
Faulty Items:
In the unlikely event that you have any problems with your order please contact us via the the contact form HERE.
We will then contact you to resolve the issue.
Returns:
If you need to return an item please contact us first so we can issue a returns number.
We can only accept returns on items that are returned to us in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery.
The customer is required to pay any postage costs for any returns.
Once we receive the return we will issue a refund with 5 working days.
Refunds:
Once an items has been returned to us in an unused condition, we will issue a refund to the same payment method used when placing the order.
Please allow 2 -3 days for the funds to show in your account.
